On the first day of my stay, I requested a cancellation due to an urgent matter. After consulting with the reception, I contacted Expedia and agreed to a 50% cancellation fee.
Despite this agreement, my credit card was charged for the full 2-night stay. I have already raised this issue, but it has not been resolved yet.
