"We had a nice stay, staff always smiling and welcoming and the location is good and gives positive energy for business"

"Everything about our stay was excellent."

"Thank you"

"I like the cleanliness and quite environment. Nice staff. I dont like the breakfast setting and food presented. I find it poor compared to price and hotel's high quality service."

"Housekeeping never come to clean the room or change the towels during 3 nights. Wrong information on the map location on the Hotels.com website - The hotel indicates Kingdom Centre, but it doesn't match their address...A shame after you booked and organised all your meetings around the wrong place, far away from the Subway (1km) as well"

"Unfortunately due to a missed flight connection I only had a very short overnight stay, but overall I was very happy. Comfortable hotel, excellent location, and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is very impressive as well. Only minor criticism is that there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke through the ventilation system, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. Happy to recommend and would stay here again."

"Room service and Location was excellent. Reception don’t know how to speak English. Parking was congested because there are companies sharing the parking area. Receptionist was not attentive with the garage gate as they manually open it."

"We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 am from Dammam, but so far I have not found anyone answering my calls (reception, room service"
