"شقق فندقية جميلة جدا وموقعه بجانب مول غرناطة يعيبه خدمة الشقق القندقية سيئة تنتظر ساعات على ماتترجاهم يجيبو عربية نقل العفش والفندق ينقصه لوحات ارشادية يحوس الراس وتاخذ وقت طويل للوصلول للغرفة لوجود اكثر من طابق واكثر من مصعد "

"Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. My kids tried to go in there but again it was way...

"Breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. Hotel was very clean, amazing finishing with marbles shows great aesthetics. Its location is also in close proximity to a lot of business hubs. Will definitely try to stay here again. Only downside was they charged me half day’s price for early check in at 9am - but receptionist was courteous to include complimentary breakfast for that half day."
