Overall good however there were kids playing and screaming in the hallway until late at night, we were tired from our trip and wanted to rest and it was very hard to get rest, food was amazing place was clean and well maintained

Very nice hotel complex just near to airport. Big and comfortable rooms. Very clean. Nice staff. Very good breakfast and the rooftop restaurant is very nice (if it's not too hot).

A gated compound far from everything. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Very comfortable king size bed and good shower. Breakfast is amazing. Especially Fatima who prepares the salads and dips and some of her own creations. Staff is amazing. Buffet dinner hot food is not great. The salads and desserts were good. If you want to be close to the airport and away from experiencing the rest of Riyadh stay here.

Really nice sized rooms, with soft towels. I didn’t always have hot water in my shower which was annoying, but it’s always hot outside, so not a bad thing. Gym was very good for an airport. Breakfast was good with excellent coffee, which is super important for me. Very friendly staff and next time I come back to Riyadh I’ll stay in the Raddison.

A compound far from the city or any other buildings. Nothing walkable near by. Great breakfast buffet. Nice room and excellent mattress, very clean and safe. Friendly staff. WiFi is not good. And not secure. And cel service is weak so you might be stuck if you are trying to conduct business from there. Not many restaurant options. You need to travel far to get to other restaurants.

Staff friendly, the golf cart people are awesome. Internet is very slow. Gym could use two more benches as there is a squat rack and a bunch of dumbbells. Wish there was a mini market on property.

Location is good for the airport. The room was basic and not worth the price at all. The photos were slightly misleading. There was no shampoo or body wash left in the containers so it indicates housekeeping is not thorough. Also, the bathroom had a foul smell so we had to open the balcony door to air the room . Reception staff were efficient . But the price was no where near worth the price.

I chose this hotel because of its close location to the airport and my familiarity of the Radisson hotel chain. The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. It is a huge property and I was surprised about the walk from reception to the building I was in. There are 9 buildings. They are not well marked, so i had to ask which was my building. The walk is not far, but was surprising. My only complaint was the air conditioning. I could not get he room below 24C. I even had the tech check the room when the temp would not go below 27C. He was able to make a change and get it to 24C.Better but not great.

The hotel itself is great with great amenities and rooms are very good. But the staff is not very helpful: 1. I requested a crib 3 times and it never came. I kept calling and asking and they say it’ll come but eventually I gave up. 2. The receptionists didn’t answer the phone often requiring me to go to the reception area for help often. 3. When I raised this issue with the person at the reception, he said please tell me and then turned around and walked away. 4. I asked for help carrying luggage out for checkout and they told me to literally chase down a service member and tell him to help me carry the bags. Overall the place is really good but the staff (receptionist on Thursday night especially could’ve been more helpful)
