I stay here every time I am in Riyadh (which is often). I value the consistency as I always know I will get good service, helpful staff, good food, and a clean room.

I liked everything, except the pool. For such a nice property the pool was very basic, old and chipped Of tiles.

Honest compliments to improve their motivation

it was a pleasant stay and staff KARTHI (waiter) is beyond expectations. He is very observant of my drinks & coffees. The moment i sat, he came greeting me with my favorite coffee without being asked/told. Overall, all staffs are very accommodating & warm.

Die anlage ist alt, die Zimmer sind zwar gepflegt, haben aber deutliche Spuren von Mengel, es ist schwer nachzuvollziehen das die 5 sterne haben. Allerdings, die Location macht es wahrscheinlich gut wirtschaftlich.
