Convenient pedestrian access through the tunnel made it easy to reach the Shinjuku Station area, and the limousine bus from the airport was a great advantage. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel."

"Our stay at the Excel hotel was wonderful. The room size was sufficient, and their bed was soft and clean. Their toilet was a bit small, but that is a given for a Japanese hotel. Regardless, we had an amazing time. The location is probably the best part. Close to the train station, shibuya crossing and shopping centres. Truly convenient. "

"The staff were super nice and accommodating. They helped us set up arrangements to transport our luggage around, which helped us immensely. The location is a short walk away from the train station and 1 station away from the busy part of Shinjuku, or a 20-minute walk. They had plenty of amenities and a 24-hour 7/11, which was super convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, which limited our space to move around once our suitcases were open, but did not affect the overall quality of our stay."
