"This hotel is extremely well situated in the city, centrally located and 1 block from the subway station that takes to every corner of the city. The amenities are simple and sensible and work for prepared travelers. The rooms are snug, so pack light, and be prepared to adjust to this style of stay across Japan. The staff were absolutely wonderful, accommodating, informed, kind and very gracious. They were knowledgeable and helped me figure out so many different issues I had while traveling. I truly appreciated their wonderful attitudes and spirit. They were all very hardworking, cheerful and funny and I would definitely stay here again."

"Room was a little small, but very comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Shower bathroom was very nice. House cleaning was great. Supposed to clean room every 3rd day. Room was cleaned every day of our 5 day stay, towels changed daily. Staff was excellent very helpful. On site restaurant was delicious, great food. Centrally located to train stations, restaurants, shopping. Great place to stay."

"the hotel is located in a district full of life with restaurants and shops galore! the hotel is very clean and staff very helpful! what I cannot understand is that most of the staff, talking about Front Desk, cannot speak basic English. The only person who spoke good English was May, a lovely and professional girl. Rooms have no privacy at all even for couples, with glass divisions in the bathroom."

"Clean room, small bathroom (think cruise ship), helpful staff, umbrellas available for use, great location. Didn't get to use the bathing facility since I have some tattoos, but what can you do. Would book again."
