"The room was tiny but so thoughtful and functionally done. Perfect for a single traveler who doesn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room, but also comfortable enough to relax and spend a morning in. Lots of outlets for charging, lots of hooks and hangers and space under the bed to make it suitcases, and the staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The only reason I rated the amenities a 4/5 is because I didn’t use them, but if they were like my room, I’m sure they were great."

"Beautiful hotel with big, delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was so helpful very professional. The rooms are small (by US standards), but very efficient and I loved the bidet toilet. The onsen was very relaxing and the right calm after a busy walking day around Tokyo. We are sad we didn’t book more nights!"

"The staff and facilities were great. The attached restaurant where I could use the meal vouchers was excellent. The bathroom was very small and a bit challenging for me as a tall person. As an older handicapped person, It would have been nice to have an assistance bar near the toilet to help step up into the bathroom as well as get up from the toilet.
