"It is extremely diffivult to get in touch with someone for room service, for simple requests such as towels or water. It is also impossible to get a reservation at one of the restuarants that required reservations "

"Lot of pool options and beach is close by … but food was bad and room service is a surcharge unless you get a platinum upgrade. Ended up spending the extra money on room service because of kids but was definitely not worth the cost. Overall very family friendly and friendly staff. But food is a deal breaker for me so it would be difficult to book again "

"Disappointed with Grand Princess Riviera/Sunset. Our flight was canceled, causing us to arrive a day late. We got to the resort around 1 AM, had to carry our own luggage up two flights of stairs, and were told an extra night would cost 3 times as much. Staff acted like rooms weren’t available, even though the resort was empty and under construction. We were denied both a refund and the ability to shift our dates. Guests shouldn’t have to cover costs caused by circumstances beyond their control. Hoping for a fair resolution. "

Transportation inside the facility would just pass by and not go to lobby to pick us up, It got to a point were lady’s standing by had to complain about the situation. They also never gave us the pictures they promised for the family slime. Other than that staff, food, entertainment, park, rooms bar’s was a 5+ stars"
