"Simply an excellent hotel with fantastic staff, services and location that can't be beat."

"What I didn’t like were the following: I arrived to check in just after 3pm to be told that my room wasn’t ready so I had to wait an hour in the lobby, although they did give me a drink while I waited. When I got into the room I noticed the carpet was quite dirty, with bits of things in several areas indicating it had not been vacuumed. "My room was very small but all needed was there. No space to use the desk or access trash can under the desk. NESPRESSO was a nice touch but need more than 4 pods… very large TV. The Bar is very nice with great cocktails. Front office and bellmen very attentive. I would return. "

"Spectacular hotel convenient for an overnight stay and exploration of London. Shared a beautiful twin room with my son after a visit to Wembley. Super clean room with great facilities. Excellent bedding and really comfortable beds. Great stop off point for us before our sightseeing the next day. "

"We had a great stay at the Sea Containers Hotel, the Check in staff were very friendly and helpful, the various bars weee great to relax in and the room was large and very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location for South Bank and the west end. Once again I musst mention that the staff, to a person, were so friendly and helpful. "

"Had a fabulous stay in this 5* boutique hotel. Room looked to be tastefully and recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable, enabling a peaceful nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful and the service was delivered in a very personalised way. Guest comfort and enjoyment was high on their agenda. I'd go back to the Vintry and Mercer Hotel if I have opportunity to return, and would recommend to friends and family very highly."
