"Check in went OK. The location is really nice, rural and peaceful but not as quiet as it seems. More traffic than you think but it’s still peaceful and a nice location. Staff a mix of friendly and some not so friendly or welcoming. We ate dinner in the bar - food was good and tasty, although very expensive. "Beautiful house and gardens although when we were there it rained a lot so didn't get chance to use the garden. Really friendly hosts nothing was too much trouble and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. EV charging is not a problem either. All in all, perfect hosts and a perfect weekend break."
