We were in twin room room 6 at the front of the property, it overlooked the main road but we found it very quiet. Very friendly staff. Comfy bed. Lovely steak pie, mashed potatoes and veg in the evening followed by trifle (these are never on menus!) Great breakfast the next morning, nice filter coffee and yoghurts. Will come again.

Right in the centre; a proper local pub. Don't expect top class luxury but for the price, it's great value. Clean comfort room and bathroom, good evening menu and a perfect breakfast. Very friendly staff. I'd definitely stay again.

Good one night stay.

Nice pub with standard rooms. In nice location, central and easy to find. Easy and friendly check in, nice cooked breakfast too. Beds comfy. Shower was a little small. Whilst they didn't have anywhere to store bicycles indoors overnight, we were able to lock them under shelter in the tucked away Car Park at the back. Overall ideal for our one night stay.

Amazing stay, would give 5🌟

We had clear instructions round on how to find the parking. Very accommodating with the dog, even asked if we would need letting out in the night to take the dog out! Food in the bar was amazing & the portion size was very generous & a great price! Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home & the bed was huge! Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in & to grab food locally!
