"We had a wonderful stay at the Jade Oriental. It’s a very charming place in the old Hanoi neighborhood. The decor was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and efficient. We loved the flowers in the lobby. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast Room in the basement was very pleasant and offered a wonderful array of different foods. "

"Lovely hotel with spacious room , balcony and a wonderful view.it was good to escape the crowded old quarter and it is not far away from the hotel. We booked a stay at the hotel 6 years ago for a honeymoon that we didn’t mange to make it due to a war conflict in our country and it was nice to finally come to the hotel snd vietnam"

"Above all, I would say that the hotel staff is fabulous. They are kind, attentive, friendly, and could not have been more welcoming. The only issue that we had was concerning the park next to our hotel room that was blasting music day and night. After traveling over 20 hours, it would’ve been nice to have been able to get a good night sleep. I will also note that there were a lot of Scaffolding and miscellaneous extra hotel stuff that was stacked outside of our window of the bathroom. I thought that was unprofessional and would have preferred not to have had to look at it. "
