"Wonderful little hotel that's located in the perfect spot between the Old Town and Kazimierz. Wawel Castle is literally around the corner at the end of the block. The room was a little small, but it's what I would expect from a boutique hotel in a very old part of town in a European city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. "We loved the hotel and the staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast very good. The only problem was the initial lack of a bathtub mat. The bathtub surface was very slick and the first day I slipped getting out and hit my head very hard. Fortunately I only got a large bump and no concussion, but it was still a dangerous situation. We had trouble communicating via Expedia for a bit and the hotel actually called me to answer my questions. Anna was lovely and very considerate to reach out to confirm the shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at the airport. "Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. "
