It shines in almost every aspect with huge spaces and very clean but there's nowhere to hang a hand towel close to sink or shower and other design flaws like having to stand from bed to turn the overhead lamp off... We stayed at this property for six nights and had a wonder stay. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated - adjacent to the old town square with tons of dining, shopping and sightseeing all within a few steps of the hotel doors. The rooms were quite spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Hotel Stary was a fantastic hotel in a perfect position in the centre of Krakow. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Only change I would make is to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The only issue I had was the check-in process. The online pre-checkin was an absolute waste on time and not worth bothering with as the reception staff still a thousand questions when you arrive for ID, baking confirmation.....etc

Five Stars for Stary

A beautiful hotel, with an excellent onsite restaurant and great breakfast. Also, they have a wonderful pool, sauna, steam room and spa. Highly recommended if you want to be in the heart of Kraków’s vibrant Old Town.
