"The Wielopole hotel is very well located, near the Old Town with good access to public transportation. The staff are warm and welcoming and attend to details promptly. They called taxis for us which were much less expensive than those at the taxi stand. Our pick up point for our Auschwitz tour was across the street. When staff learned that we had an early pick up for our tour they offered to provide a takeaway breakfast without us even asking. All in all we felt well care for at this European style hotel. The rooms were smaller than would be found in North America but that is the European standard. "

"Excellent stay at Amber Design Residence. Staff were really friendly from check in onwards and the whole place felt very clean and well looked after. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the shower was genuinely very good which is always a big plus for me! Great location as well. Would definitely stay again when back in Krakow."

"Breakfast was poor in so many ways, ground floor toilets was dirty as someone had toileted on the seat and also others were dirty. Twin beds were too close together On the positive it was a good location for the market square and castle, reception were really helpful from check in to,check out and in between, they were all friendly and professional and treated us like individuals rather than just another guest."

"I stayed at the AC Marriott three nights ago and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. My room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and with a fresh new-style interior that made the stay even more enjoyable. We also used the underground parking, which was very convenient, secure, and well organised. Overall, everything was great and I would happily stay there again."

"The hotel was great. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. We didnt use the restaurant as we prefer to eat out, wifi was good. Central location and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. About 25 min walk to th3 old town square, but its all walking. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Krakow. 10/10 from us."

"Impressive hotel with Scandinavian nods throughout. Upon arrival Joanna was absolutely amazing. She made us for super welcome and explained everything in detail. The room was perfect, uber cool, clean, with everything you require. Joanna gave us recommendations for food and drink and they didn’t disappoint. Breakfast, amazing, huge amounts of choice and fresh. Location is awesome. No need to worry about a thing."
