"We stayed at Ocean El Faro from May 28 to June 3, and it was our first all-inclusive vacation experience. Overall, we had a very positive impression. The most memorable part of our stay was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff — everyone always greeted us with a smile and was ready to help whenever needed. Special thanks to our concierge, Kevin, who was available 24/7 and responded quickly and efficiently to every request we had. His support made our stay even more comfortable. The resort is spacious, with a beautiful layout, tasty food, and plenty of activities to enjoy. While it’s clear that the hotel is not brand new and shows some signs of age, it didn’t negatively impact our overall experience. The only real disappointment was the beach — it was not well-maintained, and unfortunately, swimming in the ocean was not possible during our stay. We hope the management addresses this issue, as the beach is such an important part of a Caribbean vacation. In general, we left with great memories and would be happy to return. Thank you to the whole team at Ocean El Faro! "

"I loved it nice place I would go bck again but one thing they need to have iron. Cuz the the steamer was not working for me massed up my hole shirt I payed a lot of money for. But over all I love the hotel I rate it 10 across the boards"

"All the staff was friendly and helpful, food was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Resort was beautiful and the maintenance staff was there fixing deck boards and cleaning up the seaweed on the beach. "
