"Rooms on the back side overlook a dirty green zone and our room was placed in the newer building while we would have preferred being in the old building. Access to spa and swimming pool has to be made trough the entrance and the lobby plus the bar, not very adequate in bathing gown. Otherwise, very nice staff and good kitchen. Service at the bar a little too superficial."

The only comment I have is that it does not have a gym, I suggest that they should consider purchasing some gym membership from next-door hotel like for example the palace so that guests can use their facility if they choose to have an exercise gym area. "I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff actually came out to our car to greet us and took our luggage directly to the room. We were welcomed very warmly. The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. "We’ve stayed in some beautiful places and Aria will not disappoint. The staff, however, is the real star of this show. From front staff to back of house they offer a true 5 star experience. After a whirlwind trip through the expected stops (Venice, Verona, Lake Como) we wanted something a bit more low key but with nice amenities.
