"We arrived on a rainy foggy day for one night. Check in was easy & straightforward. The location is terrific and our room had a beautiful view (when its not so foggy!) The Gigi bar was very helpful. Loved the room and the decor- wish we could have stayed longer."
"Amazing! One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. New modern finishes and so clean. Great hosts and convenient but quiet location. Relaxing outdoor spaces and lake view. Highly recommend."
"Independent family run hotel in a great location on the main square. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a bar with a good range of food and drink. "
"The deco was really nice. Breakfast had an amazing choice of food. Bed was pretty comfortable. I wish there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. A great hotel & I would go back there. "
"Slightly tired but in an excellent location. Lots of restaurant options. This was just an overnight stay on a longer trip and it worked well for its purpose."
"Property overall is good safe parking . Only think o recommend to have a A/c or a fan in the room as in summer when temperature goes to 30s definitely need to make it cool. Buy again its nice place to stay"
"Staff was polite and spoke to English well. Helped us order a taxi for dinner and for train/bus station. Pool was great, the plenty of sun, very clean, great bartender and fair drink prices. Breakfast buffet was timely and tasty. Everything you’d want from a 3 star hotel."
"Very close to congress palace and to city center, welcoming staff, the only problem is just one key per room (but you can solve this problem with the help of the staff)"

"Friendly staff, but we did have two issues. On check in we provided passports etc, but then were expected to hand to a porter as the receptionist had not been able to complete info successfully the first time.
Upon check out we were asked to pay for the booking as well as the city tax, when we had already paid the booking online. The hotel is clean but dated by British standards. It’s very pleasant but like stepping into an upper class 80s hotel with all the swags and tails of Laura Ashley! "
"Great location, approx 10-15 minute walk from train station. Overlooks the waterfront and 2-3 minute walk to the ferry terminal and town centre and market area. Rooms were very clean and nice modern bathroom with toiletries. Helpful and pleasant reception staff, would highly recommend "
"Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. It’s perfectly located for. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants. You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel.
Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and a beautiful setting."
"Apartment was huge but felt the space could have been configured a bit better e.g. with a kitchenette or more comfy living area. View was amazing (just be aware that the picture shown is when the trees were very young/ had no leaves and they now cover the lake view). Breakfast was nice. Cleaning was good but would have liked the bed linen to be changed - we stayed for 5 nights and it was not changed."
