"This was an amazing hotel - request a water view - you won’t be disappointed"

"This hotel exceeded all our expectations as the room was super clean, (the whole hotel was as well), the breakfast was superb and the spa was fantastic. To boot, the location was awesome. All in, a fantastic experience and would highly recommend"

"We have an wonderful time. The staff was very accommodating except during our breakfast where the staff started to move all the food before we were finishing eating."

"Gorgeous view with room overlooking the lake and the beach. Stunning hotel ,like stepping back to the belle epoc but with all up to date and lovely public spaces, patios, garden, beach , pool. Nice food, great bar, lovely service all around. Highly recommend!"

"The most amazing property we have every stayed at! We loved it"

"+ Very Central Location. Close to Porta Nuova train station and the Airport Shuttle Bus is directly around the corner. Short walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. + Quiet Room, Shutters Block out noise and light. + Comfortable Double Bed. - Lack of Plug Socket, only two in the opposite corners of room, not by bedside - Very Small Shower Room for a Twin Room. Tiny Shower, with very small opening between sliding doors. Was a tight squeeze."

"it is a nice hotel that is well located but it could be improved to a real luxury one , the breakfast was expensive and not very good, no parking but overall a nice place"

"Hard to fault the Lakeside location, room, facilities, service and food in this lovely hotel (as you would expect given its status). Our room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was comprehensive and enjoyable on the roof terrace. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the experience and tasting menu. But the best bit was the staff who were unfailingly attentive and friendly."

We were told yes to dinner service, and no by the staff at the restaurant… and ultimately had to have the front desk call to rectify the situation. In the...

"The only problem we had was that the showers needed a shower mat or something. It was VERY slippery…one of us actually fell and thankfully was not seriously injured."

"What a beautiful room! The view was spectacular and nearby to the waterfront. Lovely staff. (Mattresses a little too hard)"
