When we arrived we were able to reach help and they very quickly got us the info and got us in. The space was very clean and modern and the location was great. "Loved our stay at this gorgeous condo. Communications and videos were very helpful. My one suggestion is to provide the narrow width of the drive up to the unit at the very start of the booking process because if we had a larger rental car we would never have made it up that driveway, especially the left after the overpass—very tight. We originally reserved a van but changed it to a smaller Peaugot at the last minute. Thank goodness we were able to do this! Other than that—everything was lovely...

The property was conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed. Very spacious with nice layout. "The hotel is gorgeous. Very elegant. Felt like living in a palace. The staff were satisfactory but not very personable. It felt like the staff were aware of the luxurious nature of the hotel and acted removed. Maybe there is no way around it. We felt more personally taken care of in smaller boutique hotels. The breakfast was nice and rich. The communal areas of the hotel were very pretty and elegant. There is definitely a trade off in this hotel between the luxury and person-ability of the experience."
