Novotel Milan Malpensa Airport

"The staff was pleasant, but the stay fell short on cleanliness and logistics: Cleanliness: The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning (lots of mold/black spots in the shower), and the bedroom carpet smelled bad. Breakfast: Just okay—the scrambled eggs were very runny and undercooked. Shuttle service: The shuttle incurs an extra fee €5 per person, or €25 between 10:30 AM until 5:30 PM and 10:30PM until early in the morning) and must be booked in advance due to limited capacity. Additionally, the drivers were quite aggressive on the road. Location/Transit: If you are sightseeing in Milan, you have to take the hotel shuttle ( every 30 Min) back to the airport first to catch the train into the city. From the Hotel to Milan is about an hour if you luck and get the shuttle and train on time."

"Conveniently close to Malpensa airport, fantastic king size bed, staff very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant meal was surprisingly good. We were at the end of our 3 week holiday having eaten in many different locations and my lasagna was just sensational."

"Everything is great about this hotel, the room is big, shower is excellent the only problem is the AC fan noise is so loud and can’t be controlled as if you are in a plane or something…other than that everything else is good"

"Excellent hotel. Cross the street, and there is a little path that gets you down into the water. The only thing I didn't like was that the main road was right underneath our balcony, and it was impossible to have a conversation out there without some motorcycle group interrupting it. Maybe request a room on the top floor... it might be quieter up there."

"Fair price for a front lake hotel. Had the room with balcony and lake view and it was spacious enough for two. Wish the savory options for breakfast were more numerous but I enjoyed the pastries and sweets spread. Very good expresso/cappuccino machine in the breakfast room, probably the best I ever saw in any hotel!"
