"What an amazing property! Camilla was so welcoming, understanding of travel issues, and was so attentive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Honestly, probably the nicest place we stayed at in Italy! Located right downtown in Como- easy to walk to ahopping, dinner, the boat rides (if you do that), and the train car. Absolutely lovely."

Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. "The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests. The terrace was a nice place to sit and play games as a family. Breakfast was generous and staff were very friendly. "

"We stayed 9 days/nights at this hotel. Our room was nice and was very clean. The hotel, as a whole, was very nice. We were there during a hot spell and our room was almost unbearable, but that was mother nature! We did have fans that helped to cool the room down. We only had a couple of concerns. Vittorio, the owner, was almost rude to us at times. We tried our hardest to warm him up to us, but he remained cool to us. His wife, however, was always warm and provided us with terrific...

"Roomy, clean, quiet and everything you need. Great location with beautiful church across street (bells quiet from 8-8), garden half block down, large grocery store 7 minute walk, gelato and pastry shops and hot plates next door. Ten minute walk to historic center. The staff is like fresh air on a sunny day - everything is "no problem". Wished I was staying longer!"
