"De Vere Beaumont Estate is a beautiful property with impressive grounds and clean, comfortable rooms. Several staff members were warm and helpful, making parts of our stay truly enjoyable.
However, service was inconsistent. Some staff appeared indifferent and occasionally rude toward me while offering noticeably more attentive service to other patrons. Although frustration or workload may have contributed, the contrast left me feeling less valued. Training on bias, equitable treatment, and...

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids"

"SCAMMED we felt totally scammed. If your thinking of Booking this place Please read all the poor reviews in relation to this property, they are all accurate. Its NOT A HOTEL, Its a house in what looks like council estate. Its a 4 bedroom house that this man let's out with a several Booking platforms with a listing that is totally inaccurate. Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was...

We notified the owner that we were travelling from Australia, provided flight details and an ETA for checking to the apartments. This was not acknowledged and we had no communication at all with the property. Even when we realised...
