It was quite a comfortable stay. The room was a bit small for our liking but still enough for 3 people family. The breakfast was absolutely our favourite. They made extra things based on request as well.

Room was clean, food in the restaurant was great, staff was lovely and so friendly, really good with the kids and made our son feel special on his birthday with a brownie and candles and sang happy birthday to him. Close to Legoland, thank you for a lovely stay!

The staff were friendly and the hotel is well located for Windsor Racecourse (by taxi). Lovely room upgrade to Club Level and good food in the bar but a shame the whole pool area was being refurbished and unavailable to use.

The staff were all very friendly. I did want to order room service on the night I checked in, but there were no menus available in the room or mention of when the service ended. I also chose the hotel with the intention of using the pool, however this was closed for refurb which wasn't mentioned on the website. Also didn't find mention on the website of parking being £10 a night. Overall the stay was nice and I'd be happy to return.

Staff very helpful. Hotel requires renewal as carpets are worn and even the kids said it smelt old. Breakfast was ok not a great choice compared to other hotels. Only melon for the yoghurt other hotels have more choice blackberries, raspberries etc.
