Great choice to spend the night, especially for an early flight. London center is about a 1 to 1.5 hr train ride. Very good choice if you've got a car and don't want to drive in the city. Surprisingly spacious room! Lovely place!

Simple nice stay

Simple few nights stay after flying in off long haul flight to Heathrow. Food is quality and room had everything i needed decent bed and shower. Maybe i’d include a bath tub next time pay the extra. Place with character also rather than basic hotels.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good size clean room with plenty of car parking space. We eat in the restaurant and the food was very good and reasonably priced. A great location to stay overnight if traveling early morning from Heathrow.

Awesome place!

Great little hotel, beer garden out back, friendly staff. Take the 81 or 703 bus, it is like 3 bucks and drops off right in front. Leaves every 20 minutes back to airport! Skip the expensive cab ride. Soooo much better than airport hotel, built in 1106 fun place to stay.

We loved staying in this gorgeous historic inn (established 1106). Our spacious room had lots of character but had also been thoroughly updated for comfort. The bathroom was great, and looked onto an old turnpike stone. Just remember to close the blind before you undress as the large windows reveal all to the neighbours. Super convenient for Heathrow & Windsor and a really nice place to spend a night or two.

Charming British Inn, handy to Heathrow with convenient onsite parking. Easy check in, with proactive friendly staff. Room was clean, tastefully decorated and well appointed. Despite being a short drive from Heathrow and above a pub, was not noisy and felt relatively private. Great place to stay.
