"Overall, we were pleased with the Sheraton Gateway. I stayed there pre Covid and I thought it was exceptional then. The facilities ( ie. the elevators and the carpeting) were a little rundown. Also, when we ordered wine to take up to our room, we were only given plastic cups. For a bottle costing over $60, it seemed a little tacky. "The hotel was extremely nice, clean with amenities that made you feel comfortable. The staff was always very helpful and the gentlemen at the door were incredibly friendly and quick to assist. My son left his Nintendo Switch at the restaurant and we left to fly home. they located the bag and will be shipping it to us. Couldn't ask for better than that! Great place all around to stay with friends or family. "

" Everything is fine but one thing: if your room , for instance, is located on floor 33 and you want to go out to the street, then you have to go up to floor 70 where the Reception is and then to take another elevator to go down from floor 70 to the first floor!!!!!"
