"Our stay was wonderful from check-in to checkout. The only small issue we experienced was that there was some dust in certain areas of the room (e.g when opening the connecting doors, dust fell off the top of the door). Beds/pillows were comfortable, shower was amazing & felt like a water softener is used. Food at the restaurant waa great! "

"Parking is not free... However, if you pay $40 at the hotel front desk, you can go in and out of the garage without having to pay each time you leave; so I like that option. Other than that, the property was clean and accessible and the staff was very polite and welcoming."

"Excellent hotel. Close to Central West End neighborhood. Beautiful renovations of a classic historic hotel. Rooms were great. I had a one bedroom suite with seperate living room. No kitchen. Restaurants were good but a little pricey. Across the street from Forest Park so golf, the zoo, and museums are very close. Front desk check in was fast and personable. Parking valet was great."

"By far, the best service EVER!! All service staff were PHENOMENAL! The restaurant/bar has amazing food and drinks, and once again PHENOMENAL SERVICE! We stayed here for a week on business, and will never stay anywhere else when we travel to St. Louis again! "
