THE PARKING IS $20. THE WIFI WAS $10. The pool STUNK like bleach. I found a dead stink bug on the curtains by the elevators. Breakfast is not included. Parking is far when available.

It’s a bit confusing to deal with the wi fi and other things. We received no information initially to connect to Wi-Fi so I had to go downstairs. Breakfast is not included although they promoted it as included. The staff is great.

Staff was great. The live music was awesome and our waitress at the restaurant was delightful. The pool was closed and we got no notice before hand. The rooms are tired and in need of some updates, but the beds are very comfortable.

A really weird thing happened to us in the hotel restaurant. We ordered dinner, food was OK. Waitress asked if we were paying cash or credit card. I said cash. She went to the register and came back and told us verbally that it would be $48 (which I think may have included the cranberry juice that didn't come). No paper bill. I gave her $60 expecting her to come back with change. No change, she just came backa few minutes later and said "have a nice evening." I thought OK, she got a nice tip but I'm not going to fight about it. But the whole thing was weird. Also a bit strange checking in that they had a hard time finding our Expedia reservation.

The room was clean but there were several problems initially. Lamps next to the bed wouldn’t turn on, the tv had problems. The good was when I told a person about the problems he had a maintenance person fix all of the problems right away while we were at dinner.

There was no menu and was greeted poorly at breakfast, they tried to make us pay, but breakfast was already apart of my stay, the room that I visited online wasn’t the room I received. The people next door to me had bowels backing up in their shower and the smell was disturbing. I reported, but they offered a half refund, but I believe I deserve a full refund for what I have been through
