"Everything was nice accept for check-in. Though we'd booked our room hours before, I was told at 10pm that they needed to prep a room for us... So I had to wait...then they couldn't find key cards and I waited longer. It seemed like organization could be improved. "

"Everything was great here. There’s breakfast early in the morning and a pool if you have kids (indoor). The staff is very nice especially Kitty! She was my favorite. The property surrounding isn’t anything special or walkable or even pretty but it’s a great place to stay. "

"The staff was great! The room was clean and good size. The only down side was that it had a swimming pool and thats why we booked it. When we arrived we seen they had a pool but it was coverd up. So i asked about it. They said there is a pool but it was from the previous owner of the hotel. They need not to list they have a pool if they plan on not using it. I was so excited when we booked this hotel because it had a pool so that was the down side of it. "

"average place to stay and you get what you pay for. Was very close to Historic St. charles main street and centrally located to anything you really wanted to do. Back entry way kept unlocked so anyone could just slip in. Could use upgrading to facilities . Was there for a concert. Not horrible but not great and again was located close to everything being the only plus. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location with many excellent local shops to walk to. Breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast with some rotating options. Gym was small but options for free weights and cardio. While room was clean common areas need some attention - women’s bathroom, gym, and pool area. The WiFi was really nonexistent in room or gym. "
