"I got a pretty good rate for NYC, but it was a little bit of 'you get what you pay for'. The service and staff were great. However, I got a room on the 1st floor, and my window was right next to the compressor units. My room's A/C unit was old, inefficient, noisy, and had difficulty keeping the room cool. The tv only had like 4 channels or you could pair it to your phone and use streaming app which we did however the connection with stop every 10 mins and we'd have to do the process again to reconnect.
