"Great staff were able to check in a little early with no fuss which was so helpful, also got cookies right away! Check in was quick and easy and room was very clean. Overall great experience at this hotel only strange piece was when calling an uber it was confusing it didn’t seem like the could drive up to the circle so they would be “struck” by the car gate to the front of the hotel."

"This is our go to hotel when we are in town for work. This last trip, the female front desk clerk that was checking us in was horrible. We are not sure if she was overwhelmed but her attitude made us so uncomfortable. On top of that we booked a King (which we paid more for) and she put us in a double bed. We tried to call & get it switched but no one picked up. We also went back down to rectify the issue but the hotel was hosting an event and the lobby was full. We decided to contact Expedia....

"This hotel is under construction. We had not idea. Loud power tool noises until 5pm on Saturday. The entire lobby is blocked off. Starbucks and restaurant closed. After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. The hotel said it was stated in the website and there is no mention of construction on the website. The room was also dated, with chopped paint and water damage. How is this a...
