"Room is nice size with big windows that let in a lot of light. Beds are firm and clean. The bathroom is all black and the lighting is poor. Could use better vanity lighting. No coffee maker nor water is offered. If you want complimentary coffee you have to go down to the lobby in the morning. Overall, not worth the price that we were charged."

"With 5 stars and priced after that, I had big expectations. We were lucky to park in front of the hotel, the doorman and receptionist received us nice, even had an extra surprise for our wedding anniversary in the room. The corner room had a beautiful view on the city. The breakfast is nice amd we didn't visit the Jimmy's Rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast was delicious with good Cappucino. "Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!!
