"Room smelled like smoke despite us asking for a non-smoking room. There was a chair that smelled moldy, we couldn’t get an iron, there was no shower caps, when we asked for toilet paper after 2 days there we only got one roll of toilet paper. Horrible experience all around."

"Staff were really helpful. They helped us change the room as the one we got was a smoke one and we wanted a smoke-free one. But the room maintenance is terrible. Floors are sticky and have cockroaches in the bathroom"
