"It is the most convenient of all the hotels servicing Newark airport. It is literally the only hotel in the airport. I highly recommend staying there if you have an early departure like 6:00 AM in the morning"

"Starting wiyh the staff to the property, restaurant, everything was excellent couldn't ask for anything else. As soon as I walked in the lobby I felt a family, peaceful atmosphere. Did not want to leave. I'm returning back soon."

"Stay was ok, the noise level in the room is high compared to other properties (e.g., you can hear the room next door, and flushing from above) Car valet service is very slow, when we checked out, it took them one hour to get our car (on a Monday around noon, which was not busy at the hotel) even as we complained to the door man and then the manager, they didn't do anything to expedite."

They put us on the top floor, but there was also a heat wave so heat was rising in the hotel so it wasn’t very cool so it was an ideal the upgrade we asked for a fan and the property did not have a fan for us on the second night of our stay there was a storm in New Jersey and the hotel completely lost power so we had to check out a day early and stay overnight with no electricity or cooling realize that is an act...
