Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately The Middle of the night, Fire Alarm has rung and all guests needed to be out of building. And next morning No breakfast had not been served as I was expecting morning buffet. Bedside that good hotel.

Brian and Omar at the front desk were both very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Property is very clean and pretty, and so was my room. Beds were comfortable and property was quiet. Only small issue was the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak for me personally but nothing to cry over. Overall 10/10 and I would definitely stay here for my next trip in Jersey. Wish I stayed for more than one night so I could fully enjoy the amenities.

This is a great hotel in Mahwah, especially for the price! Staff are always very friendly, room is spacious. It’s a great location with nearby restaurants and coffee shops but also very safe and off the beaten path. I do wish the shower had a door because the floor got inevitably wet every time I showered. More or thicker blankets would have made the bed a bit cozier but other than that it was a great stay.

This was our first stay at the Troy, and we're sure to be back. The room-- and, indeed, the entire facility, was meticulously clean, and the staff was very helpful. We'd definitely recommend it.

The staff was very nice. The problem we had was the room was very cold. They came to repair and when we got back that evening the fan was running full blast and they could not get it turned off until morning
