"definitely did not get the memo on the front desk closing at eight or 8:30 PM which I guess is typical of Vail Valley. Learned something new! I definitely had a very unfortunate check in experience and was not very happy to be searching for the key for 45 minutes and was not given the option for a luggage cart. Let allow any kind of assistance and I was told that I needed to wait until the morning. overall, I missed the opportunity to get into the hot tub because of all the nonsense from the Spanish person checking me in at night, and I was extremely put off as this was intended to be relaxing in a vacation at this point in my trip, exploring Colorado. So with all of the nonsense at check-in and the missing key and having to contact an overnight option for myself, literally locked out of the room because of the piss poor instructions by the individual so much in a hurry to be on his way for the night, but yet stood around in a stalker, kind of manner for over a half an hour watching me try to find the key. Come to find out there was a secondary envelope for me in the night dropbox, never explained to me or even offered to me as a potential option for gaining entry into my room WOW! Instead this individual chose to sit and watch me dig through all of my things that I had come to the front desk with for a half an hour before leaving, literally denying assistance KNOWING FULL WELL I WAS UNABLE TO GAIN ENTRY INTO MY ROOM!! Definitely harassment. Otherwise PERFECT!!"

"Our go to resort in Vail on a yearly basis. The hotel is great and the hotel staff is amazing!! Just the ski store that is in the hotel and connected to it called TRUENORTH has a manager and an assistant manger who were despicable racist people. It is a shame that they have these people deal with children passing through the store all day (as it a mandatory passage way to get into the hotel). They are rude abrasive racist individuals. "
