"Pool had bugs and trash everywhere. Front desk associates lied about cleaning schedule Room got cleaned once Told front desk there was mold in air vent and said “no that’s debris” .. air vents should be clean!!!! Took forever to get a hold of a manager and after telling her about the stay, said “well next time if you tell us in advance..” we told front desk lady our concerns since day 2!!! And we stayed for 5 nights"

"Everything from the Lobby staff to the restaurant staff to the room service. Everything was great. Overall I would most definitely stay here again."

"I felt secure that transportation to the airport at 3:30 am would be reliable and it was. The staff is friendly and accommodating 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean and large. Room service and restaurant hours were limited. I would stay again!"
