"Old and dated hotel. Well located but old."

"Poor working air conditioning throughout hotel. Manager named Keenan ( shocking the customer service manager !) had no care or empathy whatsoever. No attempt to provide any solution, options, not even a sorry for this inconvenience ? We were given room with know non - functioning AC on 90 degree day. Rude all around and I am use to Northeast obnoxious rude people. Pasquale - staff who checked us in must have received training from Keenan. Disappointing for sure. Don’t stay here. Housekeeping...

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"The front desk staff was superb, especially Krystal. Unfortunately the room was not. The bathroom sink didn’t drain & the cold water faucet had a trickle so you had to brush with hot water or use the cold water from tub. The toilet would leak water each time you would flush. To make things even worse, there was construction that began at 9:00am. The city view made up for it all but if we had to stay more than a night we would’ve had to switch rooms."

"Spotless maintenance. Felt brand new.Exceptionally maintained. Room service was excellent. They provided us fresh towels and done cleaned trash for all the nights we stayed there. Excellent views of broadway and Time square. Had a fantastic experience throughout our stay. East connections to subway or broadway street. No breakfast but every dollar is worth for such high price."

"Rooms are small, but I think it’s fine for the NYC. The bathroom doesn’t have good ventilation, so when you take shower it gets extremely steamy. Rooms were cleaned every day, and all towels were changed with the clean ones every day too, it was nice."
