"My family and LOVED our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was very clean, fun, and there is so much to do in the hotel itself including workout at the best hotel gym’s I have ever seen, shop at the mini market, dine at the amazing restaurant, or relax in one of the many chairs/sofa’s/ tables scattered throughout the resort. It is also located within walking distance of EVERYTHING! The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. We will return for another visit prior to the end of the year and will stay at this resort once again. "

"Very nice staff. Like how they had games for kids. Location was nice and room was very clean. Didn’t have a great view but we weren’t in the room much to care and didn’t pay for a city view."

"Me and family love this hotel. But I think the facilities charge is overpriced. And in the room doesn’t provide any kit of lotion , cotton or laundry bag. "

"Fabulous hotel , although the bar at the Top of the Mark has fallen in service . We waited about 40 minutes to be seated & although a wait person said they would be right back , they didn’t so we left . This at one time was the best bar in San Francisco . No longer "
