Helpful and forward thinking- they told us things before we even had time to ask- they are definitely prepared to assist backpackers and travelers alike. With the ability to store luggage, recommendations of what to see and do, even a train schedule for train street! They did a sweep of our room before we left to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, and offered us a place to freshen up when we came back to get our luggage before heading to the airport. Fabulous service- Lily and Susan are absolutely fantastic. The buffet breakfast had everything we could want and more. Definitely 5 stars. If we even return, this is the only place we’d stay!"

"We love the Japanese food nearby.... We actually became locals and would go everyday for lunch or dinner. The hotel itself is unforgettable expierence from reasonably priced massages to great atmosphere, the staff is also amazing at speaking English I can not wait Togo back"
