"It was OK, location was great. My only complaint is that for almost $900 tjstbthe 2 nights cost me, the room was TINY and the view was of the hotel mechanical stuff. To be in NYC and not have any view was very disappointing. "

I booked a premium room, it was big and spacious with good amenities, however no view from the room, it was on 10th floor, not sure if higher floors have better views but when i asked to change i was told its gonna be the same even from higher floors.. The only real negative point for me was the noise coming from the adjacent room through...

"Wonderful location, clean and updated hotel. I was surprised by the $40 daily resort fee. It gives you credit for the f&b but I didn’t come to NYC to eat at the hotel so this was unfortunate. I guess I should have read more closely when booking. Staff at the little coffee shop was not particularly friendly. All other staff were pleasant and helpful."
