"Rooms were small and fine. Elevators were a mess. Good location"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Stayed with our family of 4. Truly a great experience!"
