"The amount of homeless and begging for money in the restaurant areas and shopping areas is very annoying. I actually had a homeless person tell me I could VENMO him money. I feel as bad as the next guy but it really has to stop or be controlled. The property was wonderful and I would stay there again despite that. "

"The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave which I lived very much. The bathroom shower made my feet feel nasty. Bring a pair of sandals to shower in."

"The trip was wonderful. We loved the hotel and especially the view. We did find the app and the website lacking. Room service should be easily accessible and I have to believe if it was, you'd have more volume. We were told there was a breakfast buffet but no one really knew exactly what was on it and when i did a search, the restaurants didn't list that one was even offered. If the menu on the buffet changes, maybe update social media so your guests are more aware. AGain it may add sales volume. We chose to eat out. All in all the room, accomodations, valet and view were wonderful. Oh I was also unable to find if the hotel offered any shuttles...."
