"The pictures look a lot better than the hotel looks in person! When I checked in, one girl was super nice and helpful but the other was very unprofessional talking loudly on her phone and showing the nicer girl photos on her phone. There were a lot of shady people hanging out in front of the hotel and in the parking lot talking loudly and smoking. "Great boutique hotel. Design great but not over-top. Warm and comfortable. Bar and restaurant first rate. Stayed five days and ate breakfast four and dinner three. Housekeeping exceeded expectations. All employees friendly. If I had to pick any flaw, it would be that we hate refrigerators filled with junk for sale. Like to use refrig for leftovers. But a small flaw indeed. Glad than one is coming to Cincinnati."
