"Pros: Location was great! Staff were helpful, especially concierge, porter, doorman and housekeeping. Room was spacious for New York. View was wonderful. Cons: Check in line was very long and slow. The elevator from our floor to go down took a really long time. Best to leave earlier if you want to avoid stopping at every floor. Bathroom wasn’t clean. "T was great"

"The hotel is convenient and in great location for what I needed. Unfortunately it needs a complete reno, seems like everything is fixed up with a bandaid on a budget and falling apart. Bedding was clean but everything else questionable. The pool was out of service for my stay and I looked it specifically for the pool so it was a waste."
