"This place is impossible to reach by email or phone. The phone and chat are responded by an AI or goes to voicemail. Emails are responded by AI agents without any real solution. They gave me a small room with two small uncomfortable twin beds when I had booked a room with a single larger bed. I didn't realize this until a week later. I called them several times and send emails requesting for a refund. No one has ever responded. Read the recent reviews to get an idea. Avoid this place"

"It was so well located for staying at the airport. Easy to get to even though our flight landed in Terminal 2. The tube system is so good at the airport."

"Great staff, excellent location, nice room and bath"

"The staff was extremely unhelpful once we got to the hotel. They removed the water on top of every single cup was used and dirty so we couldn’t have any water or coffee. We asked to warm up our food after flying for so long and they denied allowing us to use a microwave. The rooms were so stinky and the water pressure of the shower was next to none and we had to have the door closed or else the alarm would have gone off. Absolutely awful hotel and staff"

"Excellent location, no shuttle buses required. Lobby at other Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at had coffee/tea/water and some light snacks. Would be nice to have some light refreshments."

"Great hotel for the cost, it was close to the airport but not as close as listed on Expedia. Bar and restaurant are good and open late."

"The hotel was dark and dirty. The bathroom in our room the tub/shower combination didn’t work for me. The tub was too high. I’m only 5 feet and it was as tall as I am. The shower door was a half door. It only came where the water ended. Not good!! We did not have any face cloth either. Would I stay there again. NO!!"

"Not well"
