"All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."

I ended up showing having to show them my credit card app proving the charge. When I got to the room, there were no towels, so then I needed to call and request them. "Staff were so nice and friendly! They helped me with everything including helping me contact tour guides, helping me find fun things to do, and helping me find transportation. They also allowed me to have a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!"
