"All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."

"Checked in late at night and they didn’t believe I paid through Expedia. Asked for multiple forms of proof that I had paid. I ended up showing having to show them my credit card app proving the charge. When I got to the room, there were no towels, so then I needed to call and request them. Then when I went to the bathroom turn on the faucet, the water was dirty ran brown, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to call back to the front office, let them know and request another room, by this...
