no Geral muito BOM

Atendentes muito prestativos, a Praia muito Limpa, local com muitos pernilongos, porem o quarto é equipado com cortinado. Então nada a Reclamar, preços de alimentação caros, porém fica perto da cidade e IFOOD entrega sem problemas. Atenção em tempo de chuva, pois tem uma parte de estrada que é de chão e fica muitos poços de agua e bastante barrosa.

O hotel está em condições razoáveis, mas longe de estar bom ou satisfatório. O atendimento nos bares e restaurante é horrível, totalmente insatisfatório. O cardápio é ruim e pobre, bem como as condições do apartamento que não tinha sequer uma saboneteira na pia, as janelas e portas estão em estado precário (tortas e não fecham direito) e a televisão não tem sequer um suporte, mas está apenas largada em cima do balcão e escorada na parede. Lamentável

Os funcionários do hotel são incríveis, atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O chefe de cozinha faz comidas MARAVILHOSAS!!! Só meamo a pousada e principalmente os quartos, que estão bem caídos, ar que não funciona direito, chuveiro fraco, paredes, pintura precisando urgente de reformas.

Não recomendo. Fotos não condizem com a realidade

As fotos não condizem com a realidade, principalmente dos quartos. Sem revestimento de cerâmica no piso( como nas fotos) apenas piso com placas de cimento. Banheiro sem ventilação. (A janela não abre) Cheiro extremamente forte de mofo. Pia do banheiro entupida. Baixa qualidade e sem conforto. Atendentes desanimados e sem vontade. No café da manhã se recusaram a fazer uma panqueca de banana para meu filho de 2 anos ( banana+ovo+aveia), ou seja itens que tinha no Buffet. Havia gostado da pousada (pelas fotos) devido ser frente mar e pela localização porém Custo benefício da diária não compensa. Experiência ruim. Não recomendo.

De um modo geral a estadia foi boa. O acesso ao hotel que é ruim. Embora esteja em frente a praia o mar é muito fundo e violento o que dificulta a sua utilização, para quem pensa em banho de mar.

Estrutura ruim, atendentes solícitos

Reservamos uma suíte master (que deveria ter uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro-3 pessoas), mas como éramos um casal nos deram uma suíte standard com uma cama de casal (que era a metade do preço). Reclamei na recepção que gostaria que me mudassem de quarto ou me devolvessem o dinheiro da reserva. Depois de muito insistir me trocaram de quarto, mas bem longe de ser a suíte master da foto que eles vendem. O banheiro tinha uma banheira encardida (onde tivemos que tomar banho de chinelo) e estava sem janela (onde entrava pernilongos e tivemos que improvisar e colocar um plástico que vinha o cobertor para tentar cobrir. Os staffs em geral são muito solícitos e educados. Precisei imprimir um papel e fui prontamente atendida, só a estrutura do local que deixa a desejar.
